Hey guys-
Would anyone be willing to put up pictures of some of the fur they put up to help some of us guys that are new at the game to get an idea of what to look for. I am not talking about pictures of hundreds of fox or coon hanging, just individual shots of as many species as possible. If this doesn't sound reasonable, let me know and I will pull the post. I have read a few fur handling books and don't quite get it so I figured I would see what you guys do.
Thanks for your time-
Nick

What specifically are you looking for Nick, the skinning, the fleshing or the stretching??

The stretching primarily Wayne. I want to be able to see what a good finished pelt should look like when it is on the stretch. For instance, on a fox, I would like to see if I got enough meat off the face area so a picture of a fox on a stretch before and after it is turned would be helpful for me. Something along those lines.

I may be too far away for some of you guys here, but if you're not sure about how to put up a fur. Come over and I'll show you how to flesh and stretch your fur. Just have to plan a date and I'll be glad to help.

For me, I appreciate all those offers but the reason I posted this was for time constraints. It would be nice to have a reference as to what I might be looking for when I have a finished product. Thought maybe others could use it as well.
