This is my recipe for creamed beaver, Venison or bobcat can be substited. (I can't print what I call my bobcat recipie, but it tastes like chinese food ;D)
1-2lbs beaver meat sliced real thin like for stir fry 1 large onion chopped 3 - 4 cloves garlic chopped fine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 stick butter
In a large cast iron frying pan melt butter. Add onions saute until golden brown. Add garlic and continue to saute until garlic is light brown. Turn up heat to high. Add meat stir fry until meat is almost cooked through. Add soup and 1/2 can of water. Cook over medium heat or add to a crock pot. Serve over rice or egg noodles. Season to taste yields appr. 4 -6 servings
