Anyone do much calling ,locating ,checking population, fur pockets for greys, getting pictures type calling? My brother and I wanted pics of coon coming to the call but after a couple called in we realized it wasnt the brightest idea especially around summer water ways when the kits are down, ole she coon will come in like a freight train ;D.

Wish ya had taped that lol !!! I don't do any summer callin for locating, I just locate based on the dead critters on the roads. They have been giving up their hideouts for the past month or so now

I have considered going out with the locator and the siren to locate coyotes. I have never called Grey's out of season, in fear of educating the few that do respond...

;D for living in such tight quarters ,they can be a little grey devil once spooked.I have heard they can figure out a trappers line also but havnt experienced that yet.2nd time thru an area in the fall i will start with a bird sound or rabbit hand call and end with a few minutes of grey fox pup but one they havnt heard yet.May be down wind though when responding.Try some early season coon calling if you like action . i like cornfields that has been opened up or half harvested, set up on edge.Always be ready and bring enough gun because more than once a yote will pop out to the coon puppies sound.

Last summer I took the FX5 out to play with some new sounds, I turned on the Fawn in Distress and a Doe came screaming in and circled the call about 5 times at full speed. All within 20 yards to us. Quite a rush!!!!

Sounds fun . I use dennis kirks coon puppies,JS coonfight, coon and greyfox fight [calls more greys] and kirks redfox special which is a high pitched bird in distress done by dennis on a hand call probably my favorite for mixed bag calling.Let me know if you have trouble finding them . Yeti recorded some of mine and might be able to get you the files somehow.
