Sometimes I struggle pulling the tailbone out on foxes, yotes and coons. Do the tailstrippers work as easily as they look? Just one good tug to break it loose, then pull it out? Seems like a good investment for less than $5. Opinions or tricks to help.

Yes they work good but get a metal stripper. The plastic ones just wont hold up when working on the bigger animals

ya the work perfect. get a metal one that fits all size tail bones

After I ripped my first coon tail, I got off my wallet and bought a metal stripper. Best purchase in the fur shed yet

Took a quick drive up to Pete Rickard's Trapping Supply and bought a metal tailstripper. Works great and MUCH easier.
