what is a good way to store dried fur(if there is any way) until you want to sell it?

Hang it in a cool dry area away from rodents if you can. You don't have to worry about it freezing as long as it's hung up but if you aren't planning on selling this season and plan on freezing it you should wrap it good.

How about freeze thaw cycles? Will it hurt the fur to be in an unheated shed which is the ambient temp? I don't plan on shipping it until January, so it will endure a few months outside in the shed. Will it be OK, or would I be better off to store it in my basement which is a constant 60-65 degrees?

It won't hurt it, I don't heat my fur shed unless I'm in it and haven't had any problems. Think about the Canadian & Alaskan trappers that do the same thing with their loops, they don't heat their small cabins unless they're in them.

You can as long as you have a cool, dry and bug free place to store it. Your best bet would be to wrap and freeze it.
