made this skinning machine in 3 hours today winch $100.00 at Haber freight 2" box steel $76.00 20' pliers $10 at Haber freight i bolt .60 re-bar free under $190 total

hang the critter by the back legs make your money cut strip the tail lower it down to the vice grips lock the skin in the grips push the up button and the skin stays down as the body goes up pull legs and ring them up button to the ears make ear cuts up button to eyes make eye cuts up button to nose and off it comes no arm or back pain and real fast skinning

this 1 is 120 winch and the vice grips are a welding ade 4 days and it will be working

got to test it today we only got out 3 sets in the rain last night and we gave up fast grought home 2 coon this am my boy hooked them up and tried it out now he wants to do all my skinning

rifle season just ended so i set part of my line and got to try out my machine my self and its great yesterday 7 coon in 30 min and no pain have 4 more today and only have out 14 sets going to try to get out 30 to 40 more Fri
