I'm assuming a foothold in the entrance??? how far out from the edge and what diameter pipe are you using!! I use the same set for mink with a 4' pipe in a creek bank. Light weight and easy to carry. And I leave em close by to use year after year. Nice set!!

Dear Friend, 12" pipe, 3' long......#2 Bridgers one on each end on the edge of the pipe. Traps are cabled off to trees...note the vertical stepping sticks. If setting strictly for cats throw some leaves over the bait and lightly brush ( just enough so cat can see through it) over one end with pine or hemlock boughs. Most cats will be caught on the brushed over end. Regards

Dear Mr. Wing, The tube is 3 FOOT long. One thing I forgot to mention above is to stake the bait inside the tube critters don't drag it off. Regards
