About 12 years ago I purchased an electronic dog trainer manufactured by a company named Innotec located somewhere out in Michigan. This past week when I dug it out for our new dog, the collar would no longer hold a charge. On the odd chance that a replacement was still available, I called the companies' toll free number. As I expected, the Model I owned was long gone.
I was thinking "There goes a few hundred more dollars," when the service rep told me if I was willing to ship my old unit back, they would exchange it for a new, longer range unit at a price that worked out to be just a little over half of retail. Needless to say, I jumped on the offer and asked where I should send the old unit to which he replied, "Oh don't send it now, we will ship you the replacement and after it comes in, try it for 30 days. If you are satisfied after 30 days, then send us the old one. If you are not satisfied, return the new unit and we will exchange it or upgrade it depending on which you prefer."
I don't own any stock in the company but with that sort of service, I wish I did. By the way, apparently Innotec also makes electronic dog fences along with a bunch of other sporting electronics.

Hey! In our company, it has always been a big problem that when there are too many projects in the work, employees began to panic and did not understand which project they should start. That is why we have installed an application on all PCs that allows you to send notifications to employees' PCs to cheer them up or tell them which project they should work on. I advise you to this about this app. This software perfectly helps to structure the work and makes life easier for our employees.
