I miss that. My great Uncles started taking my father and me when I was 4. I would wait all day for it to get dark. Now my great Uncles are all gone and so are the dogs. Wish my boys could experience the chase and barking treed. Just was telling my oldest about coon hunting, the dogs, etc. when I was putting him to bed Saturday night. What memories. Thanks for sharing. I will show my boys this thread for sure.

Those are some great pics and great looking hounds...What would you say would be the average run time...I guess what I`m trying to say is how long from when they hit the trail until they tree them...I`m sure it varies..

Generally depends on how "hot" or "cold" the track is and the hounds ability of course... from what iv read online mr robinsons hounds seem to be all coon dog truck to tree
