Been going since the first one which I am pretty sure was in 1978. Typically lots of vender's, tail gate guys, and some good demos. Usually run into quite few friends that I only see once or twice a year.
The only sad thing is that I always end up thinking of some of the great trappers that I was friends with that are no longer with us. Many of the names would mean little outside of Maine but mean a lot to the older trapping community. Two that come to mind are Norm Gray and Carl Tripp. Both were very active in the association. I was inspired by them and used to be very involved on the local level of our association. I think they would some kind of upset if they could see how things have gone.
Will look you up Jeff.

I plan to get out there Friday and Saturday. Nyerluvs2trap - Is this the same Frenchie that visits the Mink site? If so I'll look forward to meeting you in Maine.
