First Shipment? how many more are you getting? If your planning on buying a large amount of traps and supplies, I would wait until the convention on Labor Day week-end (Thurs- Sat) in Herkimer. You can stock up on plenty of new and used traps, stretchers, drags, stakes, and all the baits and lures you will need at very reasonable prices with no shipping charges. I don't know where you live, but the PA convention is in about two weeks if you have other commitments for Labor Day. I will be making the five hour trip to PA for three days

Hey Bobcattrapper30, If You are a new trapper, whether young or old. Let us know. You came to the right place. There are centuries of experience on here. If your not sure what to buy, just ask. The season is five months away so don't rush into buying supplies. You still have plenty of time.

Ray Milligan lived and trapped in Kanas many years before moving to New Mexico. He always caught an impressive amount of coyotes and cats. I would consider looking at his catalog and watch his videos and sample his lure. He goes under the name "Milligan Brand". Ray also has an outfitting business for big game hunters. In light of that, he willl be busy from August and right into the winter. Don't be afraid to call and talk to him directly. His website is www.milliganbrand.com The terrain is much different here compared to the west. The same sets work. Bobcats, like their cousin the house cat, are sight hunters and eye appeal is everything. You are making a good choice by using MB traps. They are the top of the line. One last thing, if you don't have Minnesota Trapline Products catalog I would call and get one. They have one of the most comprehensive catalogs and it has charts showing each animal and which lures and baits that they sell in the order of how many they have sold. Hope this helps.
