Got a couple of deer in the freezer, and would like to grind them up. Is it ok to thaw them, grind it, then freeze it again.

I was thinking about doing the sane thing. Got half a freezer full I was thinking about grinding and freezing again but am worried about ruining the meat.

Yes, Just don't let it come to room temp. Thaw it in the fridge and keep it cold by grinding small batches at a time. I do it all the time to make summer sausage and balogna.

yes its better to grind a little frozen any way then freeze right away and you will be fine. ;D
