Why not go with some of Tom Stalkers Killer traps-----Had Tom work on some of my traps--- And we cough lots of muskrats and mink by the heads----No mess No fuss jest a dead animal. And the traps held the larger amimals also.

I am an avid rat trapper and use many different types of stoploss.I think the best are the old 1.5's(northwoods+Blake+lambs)but all the 1.5's are great.(victors, pioneer)As far as #1's go,I still think the older victor rd.pans and B+L's are the best.Northwoods #1's,if you can find them. The new ones are not my favorite traps, but if I had to use them,it would definately be the Bridgers or the sleepycreeks.I think your best bet is to go to a Rondy and buy older stoploss, cheaper and better.--Mayn22

I purchased one of each trap mentioned to compare and I don't like any of them like I do the older Victors and B&L's. If you can find them usd for the same money as the others new I think that is the way to go.

Of the three the Bridger was the only one I liked. Probably because it sets in the same fashion as a Victor, which I'm used to. I think used Victors would cost less or equal to these new.

Been looking and the used prices are WAY nuts... That is why I am going to buy new.. How did the Bridgers do in your use?
