town of dewitt just called me and has 3 locations with beaver problem are there bit up or still good enough to trap

Last week's 25 beavers that came in here to my shop were as follows: 4 - Bitten 1 - Singed (Piss Stain) 17 - Shedding
All 18 Muskrats were badly damaged, and the one mink was singed.
These fellows who caught these would have been better off to have left them for next year. Nuisance beavers are another thing, make sure your are paid enough for each one removed, because you will not get anything for the pelts now --- remember you have put up time, humidity, and flies to work with this time of year if you do put them up, Doing the removal may open up new possibilities later, only you know the answer to that.

Still getting $8 for unskinned rats and $18 on unskinned mink.......$30-35 on unskinned beaver...........$75 on unskinned otter..........eric
