Got my phone/internet service bill from FRONTIER and my contract had expired. Without my consent and without warning, they raised my bill by one third. Call there "customer service rep" and calmly complained and was told nothing you or we can do!! (Pay Up) I upped the ante and directed they immediately cut off my service as I was cancelling everything,, including Internet service. The rep put me on hold for 1/2 hour while he presumably conferred with his superiors. When he returned the whole tune had changed and My prior service charges were restored, and credits issued to my account. Playing hardball worked this time around. If you have FRONTIER for a phone company and /or internet service provider, check your bill for their latest sleasy Business practices. walleyed

Had them once, now we have everything through the cable. Frontier is horrible.

Says on the bill contract is automatically renewed.
