the bridger 1.65 vs the victor k-9 1.75 both have a 5&1/8" jaw spread but the bridger are alot cheaper, this was quite supprising to me i thought bridger would be right there next to them. Which do you think would last longer? Also why are the brigders 1.65 and not 1.75 they are almost the same size and everything. thanks for any input. Hatch

Bridgers are a nice trap but they are imports unlike victor traps so their cheaper. I may be wrong but I think since bridge has a #2 trap, they basically took a 1.5 and 1.75 and combined them to make the 1.65. The 1.5, 1.75 and #2 traps are so close in size, its probably a smart move to produce only a 1.65 and a #2 trap. I dont have any bridgers here to compare but I'm sure there cant be very much of a difference in jaw spread between these 2 traps so why waist money producing something in between.

I have both traps and have caught coyotes with them. The victors just feel better in my hands ( hard to explain) that gives me more confidence when I make my sets. try them both and see what you like the victors are worth the extra money to me. Second would be sleepy creeks 1.75 offset.

I don't have any 1.65 bridgers but I do like the few 1.75 Victor's I have but not enough to go out and reequip 100%. I really like the #2 bridger's though.
