I am planning to rent portable one man ice shanties this winter. I think a $3.00 / hr rental fee would be fair. Does this sound fair to you guys. If all goes well, I will offer larger shanties plus fishing tackle for rent also. If you are possibly interrested let me know now so I can plan for possible future demand.

My friends and I use to go to Canada to rent huts, until it became too costly. We use to spend the entire weekend out on the ice.I think it would be great to be able to get huts already out on a hot spot in NYS.

For 3 bucks an hr it sure beats sitting out in the wind or lugging a portable 1 around.

Great idea but $3 an hour just sounds steep. You would do better by charging for a half day or full day rental. also take a deposit.
