Saturday morning saw me checking the snares as usual, this time I remembered the video camera. I took this dog fox in a snare which edges on to the garden. ![](http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/vv15/TrapWorks/snaring/fox/th_foxinsnare.jpg) Moving along the fence line I discovered a double catch. This one had been killed on the fenceline. ![](http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/vv15/TrapWorks/snaring/fox/Picture002.jpg) My first double on the snare line. ![](http://i665.photobucket.com/albums/vv15/TrapWorks/snaring/fox/Picture006.jpg) TW

Thank you for your comments fellas. Oldtimer, I only have a short trap and snare line to protect the livestock. It's amazing how many foxes there are around here in Southern England. What I laughingly call my snare line is actually only six snares, but in those snares I have had 22 foxes in a few short months.
I mostly snare foxes, rabbits, rats (brown rats), and grey squirrels.
