Dear Friends, Mix; 3 quarts glycol or glycerine, 1 quart water, and 2 oz of fresh, clean fox or coyote urine. This mixture will keep you in business when it gets real cold out. Regards papabear

Never mind. Found it (propylene glycol) at Tractor supply for 19.99/ gallon.

I just use Calcium Chloride, which is basically, ice melt... I buy it in a 40 lb bag and pre-mix it with my pre-sifted dirt and peat mixture...
The ONLY downfall with this, it is tough on the traps if they aren't pressure washed right after season..

I have had good success with Rv antifreeze meant to be put into plumbing lines over winter in rv's to keep pipes from bursting.
no scent issues,----- dig , spray, set, sift and pack, spray sift, spray. done
