That certainly is about the strangest rack I've seen, I've seen palmated sets before, but I don't think I'd call that palmated. Thats just plain wierd. Congrats. Anything else different about it?

bob110...the deer was normal in all other aspects except his lower was shorter than his upper jaw...must have made it hard to bite something off. About 4 years ago I got a couple of pictures of a buck with a drop tine on that side. I wonder if they are the same deer.
catlinkid...not sure what you're asking, yes Seneca Falls where I live is the same place where they have the Farm Days every year. I'm just about 5 miles south of it.

Most likely has an injury on the opposing side. Did you notice any injury while skinning? Very unique indeed and a trophy in its own right.

Looks like you put him out of his misery. I'm sure alot of us have seen freaky deer over the years. the most freaky I saw was a(if I remember correctly) a small 6 pt. that had rear hooves that were elongated and resembled cork screws. They had a spiral twist to them, very wierd. The back legs were also noticably shorter than they should have been.

I would have to agree with mule, you should have that deer mounted. Never seen one like it before and will never agian. Just my 2cents. (for what its worth)
