You can use pocket sets, dirt-hole sets, blind sets where they are traveling up, over and around the dam, bodygrippers through trails in the marsh grass or baited bodygrippers either in a box or without.

muskrat makes a great bait, as does beaver

Sardines will work but coons might have party stealing your bait off your 110's....muskrat flesh is better

muskrat leg and a little bit of mink gland under some roots if available or make a small pocket

Learn to blind set grass trails,along water edges under roots that over hang,natural holes whether they are into the banks or under tree roots.

Has anyone tried to dig a hole and place a conibear (layed flat on the earth) over the hole. Post a better pic later, but you get my drift. Is this legal? Attachments:
