vff - Not trying to be a wiseass, but that's kinda like asking "What's a good car?".
You can spend anywhere from $100 on a used electronic caller with few features sounds to $600 or more on a fancy new one with hundreds of sounds, remote control, extra speakers, etc., so a lot of your question hinges on your definition of "reasonably".
My best advice for starters would be to spend some time over on PredatorMasters.com - lots and lots of info. The classifieds frequently have plenty of new and used calls for sale.
Just don't be fooled into thinking that an electronic caller is required or will bring the critters streaming in. Many a coyote/fox/etc. have been shot using simple mouth calls. There is no substitute for a good setup in an area that has a population of varmints. Good luck.

I own a FosPro Scorpion caller, but have taken many of critters with mouth calls and prefer the mouth calls.... Its more gratifying, kinda like catching a steelhead on a fly you tied up.
