Im going to be getting some hip boots here pretty soon, never bought any before so i was wondering what brands are good and what to stay away from. I'll be using them for trapping early season. Thanks.

I have good luck on e bay with brand new waders for half the price of going to the store. I have bought hip boots and found very quickly that I also needed chest waders, especially for spring beaver and eat trapping.

Cheap ones, as no matter what I buy, I either poke a hole in them, they dry rot or a mouse finds them in the fur shop and designs & creates his own exit door in them.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Either I'll order the lacrosse trapline from fnt (august sale) for $100 or wait and get something at the convention in herkimer
