A handgun used to fatally shoot a New York City Police officer was among 23 guns stolen from a Georgia pawnshop and the ninth to be recovered on New York City streets.

Why are there no riots or looting following this terrible event?

Got woken up this morning at about 1:30 by a loud noise. Came down stairs to find my son looking out the front window. "Those were gunshots"! We grabbed flashlights and went out, not sure what we would find. Turns out some butt wipe fired off an automatic, yes I said automatic, rifle in the road not 200 feet from my house! Found 11 shell casings in the road! Called 911 and had 6 police cars there within 5 minutes! One of the officers jokingly mentioned that they were not in compliance with the 'Safe Act'! So much for the bad guys obeying the law!

"Bad guys" ARE bad guys by virtue of not obeying the law. But I feel SOOOoooo much "safer" knowing that they're labeled as bad guys and we can sleep easy knowing that they can't have bad-guy guns, either. Oh wait, they DO... Now we know who they are and if they only had jobs, they wouldn't be such meanies, y'know? Just ask Jen Psaki. She's got all the answers. So do all the new twenty-somethings running our collective governments. As for the police... "To Protect and to Serve? " How do they protect when they come AFTER an incident occurs? I'm not knocking the police, AT ALL, just the fallacy of the oft-used slogan on their cars.
