-28/29 yesterday morning, climbed all the way up to a high of -8. Only got to about -14 last night, now up to -10 and snowing. And to quote someone from a long ways back: "Any day I wake up without a white chalk outline around me, is a GREAT day!!!" No bad days, not any more. There are good days, great days, and character building days. And no white chalk outline days. Great photo, Mr. Mole. Better days, they were...

never mind the guys in that picture... I want all those cars in that parking lot!
minus-something here but dead calm and peaceful. I don't think we hit -10 in the valley, so let's just say it was cool outside. Up north is where it's colder than a witch's broom handle!

Hello, The only two I know in the picture are EJ Dailey in the white shirt. and O L Butcher to his left. The picture was given to Debbie at the Piseco Lake gathering a couple years ago.

30 below at my project site in Malone yesterday morning...needless to say none of the drill rigs wanted to start. Was even too cold last night in WNY for the ice on our rink...when it gets this cold, the ice gets very brittle...too brittle to skate on for very long.

6 degrees in West Seneca at 6 am this morning. Not trapping so I went to the gym for first time in a while. Somewhere along the way I must have aged because it was loaded with "kids" in their 20's and 30's. LOL

Left to right:
David G. Reed, E.J. Dailey, O.L. Butcher for sure. Next one might be Bill Leathersich? Furthest person on the right I'm not sure of either.
