Strange looking horseradish my friend. And a farmers note.......... horse radish is best to process in any month that end in an R.

Mr. AJ the same people that wrote that R stuff is the same people that believed in that Groundhog. We have woodchucks up here and we know better than believe anything they say. Mr. Nightowl , you already owe me more of that chile than any of us could eat at a month long convention. Mr. rim cyote, have some in the freezer with your name on it. it was the first batch done after the beaver castor was finished. ;D

Ed ---- your remark about (AFTER) the Castor being done ----leads me to believe ---- you add a little Castor as a preservative to your horse-radish. IS THIS TRUE? ??

Mr. Mole, As any farmer would know, the months of September, October, November and December would have the most tender root, as it had just grown through the summer. In the spring, the root is very woody. Still hot, but tuff. But what ever, and yes I do believe in the ground hog
