Anybody have the Final Results from the Mannsville Auction:
High-Low-Averages for Each Fur Species with a breakdown of how many pelts of each type sold, Prices per Lb. or Oz. for Beaver Castor, Rat Glands, etc.
Just looking forward to seeing the results as I got my Fur Check from Jefferson County Fur Harvesters Today.

LOL walleyed Bob, maybe you could answer proratmans question on the low prices at the auction. I wasn't there, but I could guess as to why. He asked in the post in Fur Sales. Charlie

Yes, I would like to know why there are those super low dollar and even $.50cent mink and rats? With all the newbees next year will there be a ton of poorly handled fur on the auction block? Can someone who was there explain why?

Can someone who was there explain why? yes... already posted in that thread as directed it was badly damaged such as roadkills, holes or spoilage, or badly handled in the fur shed. What else could it possibly be? as for more of the same next year? every year there is badly handled fur. maybe more next year by volume, but only because more fur overall is probable to be produced
