Please clarify something, when inside lams are welded on, does that change the measurement of the jaw width?. I ask because the NYS DEC website says that adding a bar to the frame does not change the measurement. Could someone simplify this for me. Thanks.

The inside edge of the two Jaw Laminations would be the new start of the measurement, measuring thru the center of the Jaw Spread in the dog area at it's WIDEST POINT. This would be for Foothold traps and NOT body gripping traps. w
