I admit, I haven't been hitting it hard. Set a few day after Christmas, then as everyone knows, it snowed. Been getting a few out each day in areas that are known producers and keeping my eyes open for the travel ways. Took a few days before I started finding tracks again, but it seems like they are finally moving these past couple days. Finally put a k9 on the board for the first time since before rifle season. Young male that is already starting to rub a little. Anyone that has followed my posts in the past knows this location.

Interesting, I have a spot almost identicle to that tree on the creek behind my house. Caught 2 greys there the year I moved in and have never reset it. Maybe its time, nice catch!

Does it matter what type of tree you use for this set?

Does it matter what type of tree you use for this set? MZ I don't think so Mark. If my memory serves me right, you have a tree on your line that is equally as attractive, and it looks nothing like mine. ;D ;D

You mean "it is" a Sycamore?...or..."it is" a nice spot? Or both? Well at first I meant you're right, it is a Sycamore. And now that you bring it up, you're right, it is a nice spot. ;D ;D
