4 nice beavers under the ice today. that makes 20 for the year. just 80 more to go. Plus a nice red on the way to the swamps. I hope this keeps up. Go Montgomery county.

on just cow corn..are you trapping arond corn fields or something for that to work..cant wait till hard freeze up to get some of those big bruisers with my secret concoction i got this year from a fellow trapping buddy of mine..cant wait to see the results

Doesnt matter where, I think they like the color too besides the taste. Better than apples, poplar trees, carrots, etc.

HEY Big Dog Daddy,
Could you post a picture of how you attach the Cow Corn Cob to the #330 Conibear in your under-ice Beaver set, or perhaps verbally walk us through the setup for some off us imagination challenged trappers.
Is it secured by wedging between the bottom of the jaws opposite the Trigger wires and dog similar to how we position an fresh Aspen Stick when baiting them under the Ice ?
just wondering as I would like to try it in the near future if you would like to share that with Us.
