Scratched out another half Dozen rats today after getting a few over the weekend. Yesterday, I Set the beaver meadow on the Creek in front of my tree stands where I hunt and watched muskrats and mink along the waterline all of November. set out four Bottom edge sets, and four bank den holes, and one of each scored. Bottom Edge Set scored this Muskrat. New Wave Dave holds a Beaver Meadow Bank Den Rat. The half dozen sets I had left in Black Pond ended up taking four more in a row in consecutive Holes after the 15 minute walk into the interior. Four Holes=Four Rats New Wave Dave Has been feeling Irrelevant since both Duck Hunting and deer Hunting is now over for another year, so He decided to spend some time on the trapline this week. Today's Half dozen Rats Drying before skinning. We punched in 31 Feedbed sets on extreme upper section of BlackPond with #1 1/2 Stoploss and #1 1/2 Longsprings as there are no Bank Den Holes there, and the water and underlaying MUD is too deep to find suitable runs and Rat houses are located in inaccessible, non-navigable areas of the Swamp. we should be able to eek out a few more muskrat there in the morning, if a few of them produce. Tomorrow is Another Day. Stay Tuned. walleyed

Nice catch!
Good to see Dave back out on the line. He could still come down here to hunt ducks after Christmas.
