Whats the deal with moth balls at a hay set... I see some people use them...... Who, What, where, when and why... Thanks guys

who --i do where=in my ziptie setups what =just 1 at each set when =when i first enter and area why= i had red fox penned for 13 years-and they always year to year found them facinating -also a friend of mine did a chemical breakdown of mothballs and a fox anal gland and there were incredably similar in there compounds -hope this helps -when up on the zipstick they last for weeks without losing there smell as the night vision of the hay mr spring shows

i have also used them in dirt holes -by smacking with a hammer and putting a little piece down the hole

I was hoping that the yotes didn't go for moth balls as that would fulfil my dream of a yote proof K9 set. I kind of enjoy putting up fox.

just based off the outstanding "mr hay" threads im sold and i too will try moth balls along with some other ideas ive picked up from some great posts, almost seems too good to be true but pictures are worth a thousand words!!!!
