Frosty and foggy morning here, was nice to check the little 12 set line in the daylight hours this morning. Took 2 reds this AM, total of 5 for the week checking before work. Gonna try and get more sets out tomorrow but got to keep it short....work certainly gets in the way.... Red 1 2nd red

Nice mac...... Whats your methods to keep the traps from freezing.... Peet has been working so so for me, but looking for other ways..... I use peat this time of year. I bed the trap with some of the dirt from the hole (with an underlayment of peat), then use some CC flake liberally over the top of that. Then fill with peat, pack down lightly with gloved hand and make pan low spot, sift a light layer of dirt from the hole over the top to keep it down, light CC flake and then move on.
