was woundering if there was a market for squirrel hides?and if so red or gray squirrel? thanks

There is a Fur Market for RED squirrels as they are used in the lining of jackets. Most are sent to the Canadian Auctions for sale and usually fetch a $1.00 to a $1.50.
The Grey Squirrel is considered a GAME species, NOT a furbearer, and therefore, can not, to my knowledge, be sold.

i sell the tails. i think its just the meat of game animals that cant be sold.

You can sell gray squirrel's pelt if you find a market, BUT, you can't trap them, they must be hunted due to their classification same as rabbits.

Mepps lure co. will buy them. not sure of the price these days. they also used to offer a few lures in exchange
