I used the rubber crawfish on the pan of a Victor #2 last year and got two coon from it.

Have used it with mixed results, have taken coon and mink but not with the success rate that I thought I would. Prefer them later in the season for mink. I have some ready to go for this season that I'm trying something new. Took a pin and poked many holes in them, and have them soaking in jars with fish oil. Will be getting my mink line out this week so I'll let you know how it works. I usually only use them around old beaver damns, spill ways and houses.

Dear Friend, They work well in seeps, sping holes and along the mink travelways. Be sure to face the minnow facing up stream and the crawdads tail towards the middle of the stream. Set so the minnow or crawdad is just barely under the aurface of the water where a hunting mink can see it..Regards

Thanks guys, Papabear, will do.
Was also thinking of trying some on the bottom edges of bridge walls, on a trigger of a 160 sunk to the bottom. I guess it can't hurt!

Bottom edge sets are always a good idea. IMO

No...never found a minnow that I thought looked realistic enough before. I plan on ordering some to try on bottom edge 160s.
Tried the crayfish on the pan a few times and caught some coon. I did not set enough to really give it a fair shot.
