I heard an interview on North Country Public Radio this afternoon. Mr.Grannis was asked about his views on Hunting and Trapping. He said he has nothing against these sports. Hmmmm. Ed The radio station is at ncpr.org. The program is called first at five, I think. Brian Mann was the interviewer.

Someone posted on the Bucket that he was not confirmed today. Hope it's correct as that would be great news!

That's only half the story unfortunatly. The hearing was started and went on for about 2 hours and had to be re convened at a later date because the Senate had so many questiosn for him due to all the call and letters they received from concerned sportsmen & women. We need to keep the pressure on him (Grannis) by continued calls, letters, emails & faxes to our Senators, not only thanking them for past support (If they have) but more imprtantly, letting them know that we believe this is still worth fighting for.

We need to keep this ball rolling, inform coworkers, friends, relatives etc. of the need to voice your opinion over this matter.

Ok. So what we need is another letter like the one minker007 wrote but different so it isnt redundant and to send them all out again. Also those who havent signed the petition (new.petitiononline.com) need to, plus everyone that you know that has a computer and agrees with us. Who has another letter that they can post?
