you got that right Dan, He's a 12 point,split brow tines... I got another pic of him in early summer with his split brow tines.. ;D ;D ;D I've got too get a stand hung there, problem is not many good trees to use. I found this spot a couple of years ago,I've found good sign here the last couple of years,this pic confirms my suspicion....

Those 17' Summit Tripod stands are great for spots like that. Might want to think about getting one of those.

I see several trees that would hold a ladder stand, that is all I use anymore or a box blind.
