I watched a video and they were using a trailing scent for coons. Anyone here use a trailing scent? How do you make it? I did not see it in any catalogs.
Thanks

Mine is simple. I add an ounce of shellfish oil to a pint of fish oil. Cut it with another pint of cooking oil. This give you a quart of trailing scent. I usually run it from my set up/down a bank, across trails etc. My success rate has improved since I started using this.

Mine is similar to the one above and mine is squirted up the bank and to the waters edge at pocket sets to draw the waders as well as the bank runners..... I use 2 ounces of clam oil,a pint of fish oil and then I also cut again with cooking oil....
