Deadlines for submission of membership renewals are as follows: January 15 March15 May 15 July 15 September 15 November 15
Don’t wait until the last minute to send them in! They are DUE at the TP ON the 15th of said months! That means they were sent last night! I received 18 yesterday that were sent! I received 18 today that won’t be sent until September 15.
Don’t complain you missed an issue when I didn’t get your renewal on time.
Questions, let me know
Bob

Are those the dates required by the folks at the " Post" as it impacts their system of handling renewals? Or are they NYSTA's renewal system ? I sent my check on March 3,2020 for my renewal and the check was just cashed by NYSTA three weeks ago and again I didn't receive the last issue of my membership or the next issue . This is three times(years ) now . BTW , it is not the Post Offices issue I checked .

Bob, yes , I checked with Penny at Trapper's Post and that is what they have as well, my membership before renewal wasn't up until June 2020. The renewal should be good until June 2021. She has offered to send me back issues if I don't receive the last issue by the end of this month. However , there seems to be a disconnect somewhere? I feel that his can be done better. I briefly touched on a few issues I have with NYSTA in my email to you about this . I don't need the back issues , my buddy who lives just up the road from me and has the same mail route lets me read his. As I said in my email to you, I will probably just get the Post directly from them next time and not through NYSTA. I get the membership, not for the Post, or to save money on the subscription, but because I think it is important to support NYSTA, even though I often disagree with how some things are. The real issue I have is that as a member I strongly feel that if I question anything that NYSTA does or have a concern , that you folks seem to act like you really wish we would just shut up and not ask? If we gripe , we are then reminded that it's only you few that do anything for trapping in NY. As for myself , I belong to the FTA,NTA, NYSTA, and am a member and current president of Catt County Trappers , a NYSTA affiliate, as well as a mentor at Pat Arnold for last three times. I'm not exactly a trapper who doesn't have some skin in the fight to preserve trapping in NY or elsewhere. It is that dismissive attitude I have an issue with.
