There's the question. I've never sent my furs to Nafa, but I was going to give it a try this year. With the projected low prices, I don't want them stuck up there unsold. I was thinking that maybe I'd give a local auction a shot and bring them home if it's unreasonable. Just wondering what everyone was thinking.

I've gone the NAFA way and was very pleased, but that was when fur was at it's high point.
As for me, from now on I'll be going to John Rockwood as long as there's a John Rockwood to go to. I don't know where you live but I hope you're fortunate enough to have a buyer like him nearby.

I've never sent fur to nafa, but I've sold to a few different country buyer's. with that said, I have complete faith in john rockwood to be honest and to give the highest dollar that he can, even when he knows it "might" bite him in the rear. john has said he would buy my fur as long as he has money to buy it with, and i'll continue to sell my fur to him regardless of the miles I have to travel(65 miles at the moment). I've met a lot of men, but none quite like john. now that sounds like a song I just hope gasoline prices stay down so i'll break even after the trip up north!

I went to Mark Boardman last year and was treated very fairly. I will be going to him again this year with my furs.

He lives in Williamstown, NY, in Oswego County just west of the Oneida County line. Easy to google the location. But he also travels, I'd think it may be best to send him a PM to ask when and where he'll be.
