I'll post this here, it's a post of mine that I copied from a thread back in January 2014. I just figured maybe some of you guys with (unexpected) increased coyote catches would find it helpful. It certainly does reduce the pain in the - arms. yeah, go with "arms." This may help put up the fur until you can build or buy something better. Here it is: ...For coyotes, I don't have a "skinning machine" as defined by all the winches, etc. of those out there, but I do have an old, small, 600# capacity boat trailer with the hand crank "winch." It works for me because I don't have the overhead space, either, but I lay them flat on the plywood I put on the trailer (took off the rollers first, of course), and then the rest is pretty much the same except that the coyote is horizontal and the power is manual. It's not prefect, and I'm sure not as good, but it does work for me. Worth a shot? Besides, the trailer was free. I guess I forgot to mention, "cheap." Easy to do in the garage or anywhere the trailer would fit. The tongue on the trailer is way longer than necessary, but it fits in the barn so I never bothered to cut it...

I happen to have an old complete boat trailer waiting for something to be done with it.
