Wait for a politician to shed his? Sorry. Kinda had to. Nowadays, and for a good many years, butcher shops and grocery stores get their "skinless, boneless" items already skinned and boned-out. It's cheaper than doing it themselves. My father used to own a large wholesale poultry distribution company, we never killed/slaughtered anything, it all came from the producers on ice; Perdue, Townsend, Cookin' Good, a long list of them. For a long, long time, he was the only supplier to just about anyone and everyone that sold any chicken, including KFC, in a very large territory. So, it's my opinion that you may be s-o-l in your quest unless you are near enough to a commercial poultry operation. Um, it may be too soon to joke?, but perhaps a trip to Iowa right about now... 7.5 million egg-layers being destroyed due to bird flu. I'm not trying to discourage you, rather I'd hope to save you a lot of wasted time. Good luck! - Tim

Yep. Dudley is a good bet. I trap a chicken farm that sells to them. Rushville Ny.
