Thanks for your comments! Seeing as this is the photo section, I wanted to share some recent photos of, to quote Mole, "Our World". Colton very excited to greet me after a successful hunt (I shared a pict of this deer in an earlier thread) Colton skinned and butchered three of my deer this year...I verbally guided him on the butchering aspect. Our only two mink this season (so far) but they were the largest we ever caught (need to give credit to my Colton's sister as she assisted me setting the trap for the first mink). We caught three frogs (one of which with my hands) and a fish this year...cannot say I ever saw a frog in the winter before. Another deer skinned complements of Colton. A Proud boy (and dad)! He was getting a little anxious to get those back straps out! The fruits of our labor...venison and beaver Our coyotes ready to be tanned! Preparing for the drop off (kept coyotes, mink, and all my small coon and beaver to practice my tanning skills) Colton and I camped out last weekend...and yes, we had help eating all the food we cooked up...good times! Action pictures from this years hunt...yes, my wife and friends are a little concerned... Colton cleans up a bit more than his dad; although he needs a hair cut...but who am I to judge!! (piano concert with his sister). Hope you enjoyed a glimpse into "Our World" !!
