Looking to see if anyone is familiar with the landowner deer management permits. I know you need 50+ acres but is it one permit per property? Is the permit transferrable to a non landowner?

One DMP per qualified parcel of 50 or more acres. All DMPs are transferable.

I own 102 acres in 8N and have received 2 DMPs for years now. You can apply for up to two permits, both have to be applied for at the same time, can be applied for the same unit or different units. Being a qualified landowner only assures you of preference in the DMP selection process. Page 30 of the hunting regs. All are transferable. If both husband and wife are co-owners of the 50+ acres only one may apply.
