Just wanted to know what you guys favorite fox sounds are new to predator hunting called in a red and bobcat last year. Do any of you guys hunt red or grays in the morning or day time and what are you guys thoughts on gray fox distress?

For fox I like cottontail distress at night. When they start coming in close I switch 2 a rodent squeak and quiet it down. Do yourself a favor and get a decoy it doesn't have to be the most expensive one on the market just something to catch their eye.

Gray fox distress is a real good one to use..I hunt day & night not just one hr before sunrise/sunset.you have to see what works best in the area your going to hunt..and most times it is easyer to spot them at night, than day time they will use the brush to hide/sneek in. and they will also come charging in, most times. you will spot there eyes even thru the brush at night. but both are good. besides i have to go when i can (no work)so try all times have fun be carefull and injoy yourself..& good luck..

Warning, calling predators at night is more addicting than chewing tobacco
greyfox pup distress , is the most used sound there is, it is just deadly
later in the season, you can switch to grey fox adult fight, it works well, once they become a little call shy
redfox, female mating call is dynamite,
