Dear Friend, due to my limited experience using fermented eggs {attracts to dang many possums for my liking}, I asked a fella I know who makes and uses it in one of his favorite concoctions........He said that no preserative is needed. As the eggs ferment they should render to the consistancy of mayonaise....As the eggs age they should have a mellow almost sweet but musky odor........Regards papabear

Last Easter they had decorated paper cut outs of Easter Eggs taped to the window, There was a family of coons up on the window sill scratching at the window tring to grab them paper cut out Easter eggs. I raise White Racing Homers that I use for doing Dove Releases with, for Weddings, Funerals & Memorials. I take the eggs that I don't want to hatch and set them out next to the river and they are gone the next morning. I know the crows love them just as much as the coons do.
