We walked into this morning's setup with an extra high level of confidence that there will be coyotes nearby within calling distance. Having a friend call us upon a new property to take care of a "coyote infestation" is always a bonus and a well-received tip. It would only take a matter of minutes to prove credible, as the first coyote was spotted crossing our field in the dark as we put together a blind. Letting this coyote walk to allow for proper filming light, our patience and discipline would pay off as another coyote came into the field a couple minutes later. Remembering the original coyote and knowing the direction he headed, helped us bring him back and put him down as well for an exciting double.
