Take beaver leg , Remove all fat and silver skin. cover with Montreal Steak seasoning. [told me any large grocery store should have it in the Spice area] Wrap in bacon and a little more of the Montreal seasoning. Wrap in foil , real tight so nothing escapes. Cook at 200 degrees in slow cooker 6 -7 Hours.

hmmm, sounds like he really likes bacon with Montreal Steak Seasoning and not beaver! lol, JUST KIDDING!!! Sounds great, Mr. Mole.

That's very close to my method. Replace bacon with onion. It's so delicious.
