May peace be with your uncle, yourself, and your family. Thoughts, prayers and good energy from my family to yours. Ive lost several family members to cancer and it helps to have folks to talk to. Im also an Ordained Minister so feel free to call if you just need an ear to twist or a word of support.

Prayers sent. Red don't give up hope, my dads had cancer 4 times in 6 years. Skin, kidney, lung and colon. Since November they took half a lung and half of his colon two more months of chemo as a precaution. Blood work says hes cancer free. And hes fishing today.

We've been keeping him in prayer every day, Brian, and will continue to until it's over.
I think it's important to point out something that Brian mentioned back in November and has written above and that is his uncle is not asking prayers for his healing, but that he goes soon and is pain-free and at peace. He's ready to go... But, we are fearfully and wonderfully made after all, and the body can hang on for a long time after the decision to go has been made.
Brian, you've been through a lot. And I wish I could tell you that this is the end of it. But that's an impossible promise to make. You're a man of Faith, lean on that. Sometimes the only way we can look up is when we're flat on our backs, but with the friends and support that you have here I trust that when you're too weary to stand, we won't let you land. You won't have to look up, that way. God Bless you and yours, brother.
