When making bait, how much Sodium Benzoate to the meat. If I use powder Sodium Benzoate what is the portion to water, or can I use it dry.

Dear Friend, Two tablespoons per quart....I make enough for a gallon by putting 8 heaping tablespoons S.B. in a clean pint jar, then fill half full with warm warter. Shake this until the S.B.disolves into the water, then fill the jar with glycerin. This mix works well to nicely preserve and antifreeze a gallon of ground bait or glands. Regards
